Implications for practice and research
■ This meta-analysis was the first attempt to summarise the effect of lifestyle interventions on erectile dysfunction.
■ The results strongly suggest that adoption of healthy lifestyle based on quality of diet and increased physical activity may help reduce the burden of sexual dysfunction in man.
