    Evidence-Based Nursing presents a new feature to guide your reading decisions. In upcoming issues of the journal, each abstract featured will include star ratings representing clinical relevance and newsworthiness as judged by nurses.

    These ratings are the averaged scores for clinical relevance and newsworthiness from MORE-EBN (McMaster Online Rating of Evidence–Evidence-Based Nursing).
