METHODS

Medline, EMBASE/Excerpta Medica, CancerLit, CINAHL, PsycINFO, PEDro, SportDiscus, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, and specialised register of the Cochrane Breast Cancer Group (all to March 2005); proceedings from major cancer and sports medicine meetings; clinical practice guidelines; websites; reference lists; and experts.
